Position Overview
1. 负责大堂吧日常运营管理,包括人员排班、服务标准执行、现场督导及服务质量把控;
2. 统筹饮品制作、酒水管理、库存盘点及成本控制,确保运营合规、安全、高效;
3. 处理宾客咨询与投诉,提升客户满意度,维护酒店品牌形象;
4. 组织员工培训与考核,持续提升团队服务意识与专业技能;
5. 配合酒店相关部门完成跨部门协作任务,落实各项运营政策与安全规范。
1. 具备3年及以上高星级酒店或高端餐饮场所大堂吧、酒吧或餐饮服务管理相关工作经验;
2. 熟悉酒水知识、饮品制作流程及食品安全管理要求,持有有效健康证明;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和团队管理能力,能适应倒班工作安排;
4. 普通话流利,具备基础英语沟通能力者优先;
5. 遵守国家法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观与服务理念。
