1. 协助厨师完成菜品的前期准备、分装、摆盘及出菜协调工作；
2. 保持打荷台及周边区域整洁卫生，严格执行厨房食品安全与操作规范；
3. 配合传菜流程，确保出菜时效性与准确性，及时响应灶台与厅面需求；
4. 负责餐具、调料、配料等物料的日常清点、补充与基础管理；
5. 配合厨房团队布置的工作。

1. 高中及以上学历，具备基本读写与沟通能力；
2. 热爱餐饮服务行业，能适应快节奏、高强度的工作环境；
3. 无传染性疾病，身体健康，符合食品行业从业人员健康要求；
4. 具备良好的团队协作意识与责任心，服从工作安排，遵守劳动纪律；
5. 有餐饮后厨实习或工作经验者优先，接受应届毕业生。
