Key Responsibilities
- Support functional design and configuration across Finance and Procurement modules in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, document current and future state processes, and recommend scalable solution options.
- Conduct process discovery, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting for business initiatives and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configuration decisions, and user stories.
- Partner with Finance leadership, ERP administrators, and analysts to ensure solutions align with business goals and platform capabilities.
- Define test scenarios, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria for enhancements and projects.
