Act as the in‑house techno‑functional owner of D365 Finance & Operations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory, Project Accounting and Expense Management. Manage day‑to‑day platform operations including month‑end and year‑end close support, master data governance, posting setups and integration runs. Design and review technical solutions, including extensions to X, Chain of Command data entities, OData, Logic Apps and Power Platform. Lead integration architecture across D365 Customer Engagement, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Liferay DXP, the TAMM platform, e‑payment gateways and host‑to‑host banking channels. Govern the LCS environment landscape, role‑based security, segregation of duties, UAT and regression testing, and CAB‑based change control.
