Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central, along with experience in Customer Service Hub and ticketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementations, configurations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Work with Customer Service Hub for ticket generation, tracking, and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
- Provide functional expertise across finance and operations processes
- Support system integrations and data migration activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
