Role: D2C Business Lead / Category Lead / P&L Owner Location: Thane Type: Founding Team | Revenue Ownership | High Impact What this role really is This is not an “ecommerce manager” role. You will own the business, category, and P&L —driving revenue growth end-to-end across Shopify, marketplaces, ads, retention, and conversion. Your job is simple: Grow revenue profitably while improving repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You will think like a mini-founder for the business, balancing growth, margins, customer acquisition, and retention.
