They are seeking a Cybersecurity SOC Manager (VP) to oversee 24x7 security monitoring, incident response, threat management, and SOC capability uplift across a highly regulated technology environment.

Role

You will lead a SOC team responsible for continuous security event monitoring, incident escalation, investigation, and reporting. This role will involve managing team resources, strengthening monitoring processes, maintaining and enhancing SIEM capabilities, fine-tuning detection rules, and driving automation to improve triage and response. You will also lead threat hunting, forensic investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to management, while managing projects that improve SOC maturity and operational resilience.
