Cybersecurity Operations Lead

About the Role

You’ll own the security operations function for a mission‑critical, 24×7 environment - leading a team of cybersecurity engineers, driving threat response, and ensuring the organisation stays ahead of vulnerabilities and compliant with IM8 standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll be equally comfortable reviewing security architecture designs and commanding an incident bridge call.

What You’ll Do

Threat Monitoring & Incident Response

Oversee daily security monitoring via SIEM and endpoint tools. Lead end‑to‑end incident response — from containment and eradication through to root cause analysis — with clear escalation workflows and communication at every stage.

Vulnerability & Patch Management
