Role Overview

As the Cyber Security Engineer, you will support the daily operations of One NZ’s cyber security services that protect the organisation from cyber threats. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures across critical platforms and digital assets, ensuring strong security hygiene, lifecycle management, and regular reviews of system security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security measures across cyber security services to support a secure and resilient environment.
• Ensure security event logs are maintained and monitored across critical assets.
• Develop and enhance security use cases through event log correlation in collaboration with the Cyber Defence Centre team.
• Support vulnerability management activities across on‑premise and cloud infrastructure to maintain strong tooling coverage across the estate.
