Position Summary

Serve as an Instructor and Writer for theCyber Operations Planner Course (COPC)and its international variants (Five Eyes and Coalition). This role is responsible for training personnel in the complex integration of intelligence, joint planning, and targeting to execute full-spectrum cyberspace operations. The instructor must possess a deep understanding of the legal and operational frameworks governing both Title 10 and Title 50 missions.

Mandatory Qualifications

A. Operational Planning Mastery

+ Joint Process Knowledge:Expert-level understanding of theJoint Planning Process (JPP),Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), andJoint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE).
