Responsibilities:
Provide support for the IT infrastructure components like firewalls, end-point protection, network switches, log collector, windows/linux system etc. Manage fault rectification process, and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using a range of diagnostic utility tools Work closely with product vendor to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition Manage patching process and maintain the components, e.g. monitor, evaluate, test, and apply critical patches to operating systems, applications, etc. Perform periodic preventive maintenance to relevant equipment Willing to be on 24x7 standby
Requirements: Knowledge in Network or Network Security such as Firewall Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill Knowledge in Linux is preferred Basic knowledge of virtualization and system is preferred Relevant work experience (1 to 3 years) in IT security Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage.
