Job Description:

Enable the swift design and delivery of scalable analytics products that support talent and workforce decision-making.

Engage with stakeholders to understand the key talent / workforce questions and problems to be addressed

Design storyboards, reports, tools, etc. as proofs of concept

Partner with internal teams to develop, test and deploy products

Make recommendations for new content and insights that could be delivered to HR leaders

May draft instructional and educational materials for users that increase utilization and impact of content.
