Description

+ Track and report status on engineer’s parts list (BOM) related tasks, design transfers, 3D CAD release and production drawing release.

+ Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Product Development, Project Planning, engineering, and downstream operations.

+ Support engineering with the use of clients proprietary parts list systemsUtilize critical thinking and problem solving techniques to investigate issues by analyzing data, standard processes, and information gathered from stakeholders in order to understand the root cause and propose and implement countermeasures that prevent reoccurrence.Reflect on functional projects, to kaizen (improve) existing strategies and processes.

+ Report status orally or through written/visual report on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as directed

+ Develop and maintain data coordination process documentation, including training materials & activity specific job aids
