Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgical Tech

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hours (06:45 - 15:00); on-call required during nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgical Tech provides critical support for surgical procedures involving the heart and vascular systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cardiovascular surgery and be adept at assisting surgeons in various procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the operating room environment.
• Ensure the availability of instruments, supplies, and equipment required for procedures.
• Participate in the positioning of the patient for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile techniques and environments to ensure patient safety.
• Assist with the monitoring of patients during procedures as needed.
