Position Overview
We are looking for a data-savvy and detail-oriented CVM Analyst to support the customer value management engine for our new digital telco brand in the MENA region.
Responsibilities - Lifecycle campaign execution – design, launch, and track customer lifecycle campaigns across digital, contextual, and outbound channels such as acquisition, in‑life management, churn prevention, and reactivation.
- CVM execution – assist in implementing data-driven strategies to increase ARPU and reduce churn by identifying up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities through deep behavioral analysis.
- Performance monitoring – build and maintain campaign performance trackers for various lifecycle stages and monitor KPIs to flag deviations, trends, and anomalies.
- Advanced analytics and modeling – partner with data teams to co‑develop churn prediction models, customer propensity models, and micro‑segmentation frameworks.
