A leading UK healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cutover activities for a major Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, coordinated, and disruption‑free transition to the new EPR system across clinical and operational services.Key Responsibilities

Lead the organisation-wide cutover strategy, ensuring operational readiness across all services.

Plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities including data migration, testing, training, and go‑live support.

Establish and run the EPR Go‑Livemand Centre, managing incident escalation, downtime processes, and rapid response protocols.
