Earlies: 06:00-14:05 with unpaid 20min break - Monday-Friday (38.75hrs) = 38.75hrs

Lates: 13:55-22:00 with unpaid 20min break Monday-Thursday (31hrs) + 13:55-19:10 with no break as this is below 6hrs (5.25hrs): 36.25hrs

Total: 75hrs

Average over the two shifts: 37.5hrs
