To ensure and ambassador customs compliance and maintain the company’s accredited status when performing responsibilities and interacting with suppliers, clients and SARS, and to ensure that the correct procedures are followed to achieve operating efficiencies within the department in support to the import and export departments and the company’s obligation to offering a service to its clients.

Key Performance Areas

• Complete either 20 entries per day / 200 lines per day and maintain an overall equal average share of entries and share of lines per month.
• Ensure error rate is below 1%
• Verify that all documents are present and loaded to eDocs prior to beginning the entry-framing process. All incomplete entries must be rejected and ROP to OPS to rectify.
• Follow internal department procedures in respect of query resolution, quality assurance and approvals processes before entry is submitted to Customs.
