Monitor and analyze Thai customs laws and regulatory changes (including tariff classification rules) and ensure their practical implementation within Bosch entities in Thailand to maintain compliance.
Act as the local customs governance expert in Thailand, supporting the implementation of Bosch customs governance framework and ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary interface with Thai Customs authorities, including:
handling classification disputes
supporting customs audits and post-clearance reviews
coordinating customs rulings and approvals
Lead and support the resolution of HS code classification discrepancies, including:
alignment between COE classification and Thai customs expectations
preparation of technical justifications and supporting documentation
