What you’ll be doing
as a Customer Water Quality Officer
You’ll be on the move a lot, travelling between different customers and sites, working as part of a lively team covering quite a large area.Driving as part of the job would be highly desirable.Your main job will be testing water samples in domestic homes and businesses.You’ll oversee the management of your sampling records and maintenance of sampling equipment, ensuring they are kept to industry standards.You might also assist with investigating supply issues or customer complaints now and again. Your base location will be in West London either at our depot in Hammersmith or Walton.
Standard working hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
When needed you will be on a standby rota for which you receive an additional payment. This would be up to 2 weekends in every 7 weeks, and would include evenings and weekends.
