Position Overview
**Position Purpose:**
The Customer Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, high-quality instructional content for The Home Depot's How-To Workshops program. This customer-facing role requires a dynamic on-camera presence, DIY skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand, hands-on learning experiences for a wide range of customers. The Customer Training Manager educates customers through pre-recorded videos that are distributed across various digital platforms and social channels, while also answering customers' DIY questions via live chat and email. Some evening and weekend work is required to support the live workshop schedule. This end-to-end position includes scripting, set building, prop procurement, on-camera delivery, and close collaboration with production to ensure content is accurate, polished, and aligned with business goals.
