As a Customer Team Member you will work as part of a friendly team in a fast‑moving Co‑op store, delivering essential services to your community. Depending on the store you may work in the post office, bakery, or pick and pack online orders. You will help keep shelves stocked, support sales, and promote Co‑op membership.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and thoughtful service and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the team to keep store operations running smoothly.
- Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience.
- Maintain store performance by stocking shelves, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
- Support local charities and promote the Co‑op Membership offer.
