As a Customer Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our store management team and creating a positive customer experience. Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Answering customer inquiries about products and services and assisting customers in finding the items they need.
• Processing customer purchases efficiently and accurately through the tills, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
• Upselling selected products to customers and highlighting multi-buy offers, to ensure maximum sales at our Beaumaris SPAR store.
