Tapeout Systems
- Serve as the primary support owner for VSMC Online tapeout systems, ensuring system stability, availability, and data accuracy.
- Support endβtoβend tapeout workflows, including customer submission, validation, tracking, and status visibility.
- Manage customer-facing features such as tapeout status, milestone tracking, and notifications.
- Troubleshoot tapeout-related system issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support enhancements to improve customer experience, transparency, and turnaround time for tapeout activities.
- Ensure compliance with data security, access control, and audit requirements for customer IP and confidential data.
Customer & B2B Systems
