Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Sales Account to engage with customers, promote products or services, and help achieve sales targets. You will serve as the main point of contact for inquiries while providing excellent service and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Explain product features, promotions, and pricing to potential or existing customers
• Assist customers with placing orders, subscriptions, or service upgrades
• Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Meet sales targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics
Work Schedule & Training:
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
