You will play a key role in delivering fast, professional support to our customers while contributing to the development and scaling of our support function. This role combines hands‑on customer support with process improvement, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
You enjoy solving problems – both for customers and internally. You're equally comfortable handling day‑to‑day inquiries and improving how support works through better processes, self‑service resources, and AI‑powered automation.
