Position Overview
Support the customer service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes. Perform (JP-EN, EN-JP) language translation and proofreading where necessary. Respond and support players issues via chat and email, including but not limited to password resets and more. Business hours: Shift based - 11:00-20:00/12:00-21:00 Support 365 days a year including weekends and holidays (shift work) Requirements
Native reading and writing skills in Japanese. Business level English Experience in translation and/or localization is appreciated. Passionate about the video game industry. Strong logical thinking.
