What's so exciting about this role?

This is an important role in our Collections team where you will build relationships with our customers, while providing quality resolution of disputed accounts in a soft manner. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and will work on a rostered basis within our operating hours (8:30am – 8:30pm Monday to Friday).
