YOUR TASKS:
- Contact person for our corporate customers with queries about our IT applications/systems.
- Respond fault reports by telephone and e-mail.
- Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
- Documenting requirements and faults in a ticket system and handing over complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support.
- Helping to increase customer satisfaction and further develop our customer support in a friendly, international team.
