Position Overview
Our client, is a Bio Tech company, is looking for a Customer Support Engineering – 10 for their West Point, GA location. Responsibilities:
+ Perform a good first level analysis of non-conformances.
+ Verify all suspect product and maintain product test equipment.
+ Be the communication link between Customer Plant and client.
+ CSE will reside at customer facility.
+ Expedite non-confirming material back to client same day.
+ Input data into Incident Reporting System (IRS).
+ Provide technical support and system understanding.
+ Conduct/coordinate initial 24 hour containment.
+ Where required, coordinate additional containment.
+ Be an integral part of the response teams.
+ Write a weekly trip report.
+ Monitor/negotiate Global Customer Base Return Parts Per Million (PPM) rates.
