As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for advising on and selling aftercare services for existing installations. To strengthen customer relationships and increase revenue, the Customer Support department focuses on services such as maintenance, inspections, upgrades, service contracts, and training. A key part of the role is dedicated account management, ensuring our clients receive optimal and efficient support. Throughout the entire process, you will be responsible for one or more specific clients. You will work closely together with your fellow Customer Support Engineers.
