Job Summary
Customer Support Engineer providing front‑line technical support for CyberArk’s worldwide enterprise customers and partners, resolving technical problems through web, phone, and email, and driving long‑term success of the customers and the company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical problems through web portal, live sessions, and telephone.
- Address customer business needs and technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
