Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Billing Specialist to join a software organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on a Contract basis. This position supports billing and accounts receivable activities by investigating payment delays, resolving invoice issues, and helping maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical ability, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with accounting and post-sale teams in a fast-paced onsite environment.
