Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to validate image sequences and video data, monitor dashboards for alerts, and identify any issues. The role also involves reporting observations and coordinating with team leads for quick resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Validate sequence of images and individual video clips, on test data
- Regularly monitor the AI dashboard to oversee real-time alerts, notifications, and insights generated by our systems. Identify any anomalies, deviations, or potential issues within the data and take immediate action as necessary.
