This role requires addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focused on retirement plan support, account integrations, activations/deactivations, and technical troubleshooting. While prior experience in retirement plans (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans) is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
