In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact, providing expert support and handling enquiries with care, professionalism and empathy. Whether by phone, email or post, you’ll ensure every interaction is handled with confidence and compassion.
We offer hybrid working, with collaboration days in our Glasgow office at least twice a week. Please note, the role includes an initial two-week office-based training period.
