Amour Recruitment are proud to be working for this well-established business who due to growth is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their busy team based in Shrewsbury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and emails dealing with requests from clients and customers that require a routine response whilst directing more complex issues via calls or emails to the appropriate person/team.
* Keeping the main data base up to date and uploading new documents
* Oversee diary for appointments
* General administration.
Personal Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident with Word & Excel and mail merges
* Previous customer service experience within an office environment

Salary: £24,800 - £25,500
