Position Overview
Salary: Up to $2,600
Working Schedule: 5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays)
Location: Ubi/ Queenstown
Job Responsibilities - Check service/ recall campaigns, prepare quotations, raise POs and invoices, and coordinate parts ordering and delivery.
- Handle customer coordination including vehicle pickup/ delivery, NPS follow-ups, and service updates.
- Maintain records, documentation, filing, and support daily administrative and ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements - Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma holder with 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
