Role Purpose
Support semiconductor after‑sales service operations at site level by ensuring material availability and acting as a front‑facing, active interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders, supported by data‑driven and digitalized operational insights.
Key Responsibilities (Core)
Support demand and supply execution to ensure material availability for semiconductor after‑sales service operations in a time‑critical service environmentAct as a front‑facing interface with frequent communication and coordination with customers, internal stakeholders (CS Engineer, Account team), and external logistics partners (3PL, warehouses, forwarders)Monitor material flow, logistics execution, and service‑critical parts through data analysis and reporting, identifying risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities affecting service level and tool uptime
