Description We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho on a Contract basis. In this role, you will help deliver responsive service across e-commerce channels by assisting customers, supporting order activity, and keeping records accurate and up to date. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys solving routine customer needs, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating closely with internal team members to maintain a positive customer experience.
