TheCustomer Success Specialist (CSS) will be responding to customer requests,managing concerns, and providing specific information based on the enquiriesreceived via inbound phone call and email channels.
- Educate customerson self-service options and automated banking channels.
- Conduct call backsfor transaction confirmations and reach out for supporting documents asneeded.
- Clarify customerneeds, evaluate problems, and provide solutions.

Requirements
