Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups via email, phone, or other channels in a professional manner.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding production progress and shipment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, contracts, and related documents; prepare reports when required.
- Work closely with internal departments (Production, Quality, Sales) to resolve customer issues such as delays, quality concerns, or shortages.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support long‑term business growth.
