Behind every one of those customers is a relationship that needs to be built, maintained, and grown. That's where you come in.
What you will do
- Onboard new customers and manage the full customer journey
- Own renewals and drive retention across your portfolio
- Monitor operational performance and act on anomalies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally
- Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
- Manage a diverse portfolio of customers across time zones
- Stay current on KSATlite services and upcoming capabilities
