What You'll Do:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for the day-to-day commercial performance and delivery of Criteoβs retail media partnerships with retailers. The role focuses on executing agreed retailer strategies and plans, delivering a high-quality insight-led service, unlocking growth opportunities, proactively managing risks and ensuring strong operational & campaign performance. Working closely with Demand, Analytics, Solutions and Technical teams, the CSM ensures Criteo solutions are successfully adopted and driving measurable growth.

Retailer Performance:
Execute the retailer strategy and annual plan defined with the Vertical Lead.
Responsible for tracking and delivering against key partnership KPIs.
