We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a Company based in Dubai on a permanent basis.
Location Dubai, UAE
Salary 15,000 AED/month
Requirements - Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Relationship Management, Employee Engagement, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience managing corporate clients and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt engagement strategies to suit different client cultures and environments.
- Comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and HR functions.
