Customer Success Manager
Provide critical technical and commercial support to customers of Cordant Software Solutions, ensuring high adoption, value realization, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Gather customer feedback and serve as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
- Guide customers through implementation and onboarding to achieve value realized Day1.
- Drive product usage and adoption through education on features and best practices.
- Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure escalation of issues as needed.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with solution architects and sales team.
