As a full-time Customer Success Manager based in Ontario, Canada, you’ll oversee customers from onboarding to growth. In this role, strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you partner with clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives. You'll manage about 30 to 35 enterprise accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities for OneStream’s cloud-based platform.
