Transition into a meaningful role as a Customer Success Manager at eState Planner, focusing on client onboarding and relationship maintenance. Elevate customer engagement in a fully remote environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that clients derive maximum value from eState Planner's tools. Your focus will be on building strong partnerships and advocating the voice of the customer internally. An ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing field.
