We are currently looking for a customer-oriented, proactive and positive person to join our growing team in Lisbon.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, supporting them throughout their journey with our products and services. Your main goal will be to ensure they understand, adopt and get real value from the platform.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, answering their questions, managing incidents and guiding them in the effective use of the platform, always aiming to deliver a smooth and reliable experience.
You will also collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to identify recurring needs, share feedback and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
