Drive customer success as an Implementation Manager with Knak. In this pivotal role, you will lead new customers from onboarding to go-live, ensuring measurable outcomes and adoption.
In the Customer Success team, you will take ownership of the implementation process, serving as the primary point of contact for new clients. Your expertise will guide them through best practices to maximize their use of our platform. Moreover, you will collaborate with various Knak stakeholders to achieve successful project completions while monitoring key performance indicators.
